Task Description: Today for literacy we read about two protests. The first protest is about the europeans and them trying to take the land. The next protest is about the womens suffrage and voting and being treated fairly. This task was interesting because I learnt that women weren't allowed to vote or do real jobs.

ReplyDeleteIt's great to see your learning on your blog.It is crazy to think that women were treated so differently from men. They had to look after the children, do the shopping or chores while men could work and vote. If you have time, investigate the governments apology to Parihaka.
