 Japan

The country I have chosen is Japan and here are two reasons why I have chosen this country.

1. I had always wanted to go there and try their food out but also It is interesting to learn about It.

2. It has many sports that I can't wait to try.

Athletics

On last week Friday we went to the courts and line up into one line of boys and girls. Mrs burt said a karakia next Mrs Burt gave the microphone to Miss Va’Afusuaga and Miss Va’Afusuaga let term by term. When 11 and 12 we went to shot put and tanielu telta was there for Shot Put. When we got there we got into to line one line was for the computation side and for fun side.My friend came first in Shot Put,I came second in shot put.  

Then our second activity was tug of war, Te Aurere played Hokule’a and Te Aurere won then the other one was Hine Moana played Hikianalia and Hine Moana won and they were hugging each other then next Te Aurere played Hikianalia and Te Aurere and Te Aurere won again then the next round is Hine Moana and Hokule’a, Hine Moana won again then it came down to the finals and it was Hine Moana and Te Aurere, Hine Moana beat Te Aurere in the finals, the children played the parents and the parents beat the children, we had High Jump after out tug of war, I was scared because I was not going to make it into the finals but I made it into the semi-finals, it was my last jump and I didn’t make it but Josh and Lennox made it in the finals.

After lunch eating we went to the courts we chose the best runner from year 5 to year 8 and the Year 5 to 8 was on the side near the fence and the years 1,2,3,4 were on the side near the court’s then show an example how to race  then then Hikianalia came first next was Hine Moana third was Te Aurere.  The the next race was the kid’s playing Adults and guess what, the kid’s came first then it was the end of the day.

Bush walk Narrtive writing

In the bush where sacrer monsters lived nowhere would go in the bush unless they think they're not scared of the bears then they would go into the bush and try to get a bear, but it would take for long to get a bear. Finally you would catch a bear, but it would be night time already.

In the morning do you have bear for breakfast? I don’t because I don’t like eating bears because they tasted yuck but if you like eating bears and you think you like them then eat them. If you catch heap of bears then you would be the world's greatest bear hunter, but then they would think that you're lying, but then what if it true then take a photo so they know that you're the world's most greatest bear hunter.

Maniakalani

Last week on Wednesday our whole school except the year 7&8’s went to the bus. The year 7&8s didn’t go  because they go in the afternoon. The years 1 to 6 went to there class when the first bell went to class and the teachers Said to the children “line up in two lines to go to the bus,”then the children line up then went to the bus and then we left.When we got there we said to the bus driver “thanks bus driver.

After we said that we walk to the pass people Sylvia park Hoyts to watch our Film Festival movies. When our school got inside of the Hoyts we sat in to groups of two. We waited for the begin of our movies. When our class movie I was embarrassed because I was in the movie for most of it.

When it the lights turned on our whole school wanted to watch other movie but not me because I know that I can watch all the movies at school. When our school came back to school we went to the hall then Mrs Jacobsen let classes to their class watch all of the other schools movies. Then our teacher said “stop look and listen” then we said back “stop look and listen” the teacher said “it’s lunchtime now pack up silent.”
